What materials are your products made from?

It depends on the product type. Our acrylic LED plaques use crystal-clear, optically pure acrylic with built-in LED lighting. Our framed prints and posters use museum-grade frames with archival-quality, fade-resistant inks on premium paper. Our canvas prints are gallery-wrapped on solid wood stretcher bars with vibrant, long-lasting inks.

Will the colors fade over time?

We use archival-quality inks and premium materials designed to resist fading. With proper care — keeping prints away from direct sunlight and moisture — your product will look vibrant for years.

How do I care for my product?

For framed prints and posters, keep away from direct sunlight and high humidity. For acrylic LED plaques, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For canvas prints, dust lightly with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals on all products.

Can I display it every day?

Yes, that's what it's made for.

Where are the products made?

Designed and shipped from the USA. Each product is made to order with your personalized details.

What does "made to order" mean?

Every product is created specifically for you with your custom details — names, dates, photos, messages. Nothing is pre-made or sitting on a shelf. That's why each order takes a few business days to produce before shipping.


PERSONALIZATION

What can I personalize?

Depending on the product, you can add custom names, dates, locations, photos, and heartfelt messages. Each product listing shows exactly what can be personalized.

Can I preview my personalization before ordering?

Yes! Each product page includes detailed mockups and preview images so you know exactly what to expect.

What if I make a mistake in my personalization?

Contact us at support@momentstreasured.store as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we can update your details at no charge.


SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping time of 3–7 business days within the US. Total delivery is typically 5–12 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 ship free within the US. Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $75.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.


RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will remake it or refund you — no questions asked. This is standard practice for custom, made-to-order products.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at support@momentstreasured.store with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the original.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Our 30-day promise covers any manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. After that, production has usually begun on any remake, but reach out anyway — we'll do our best.


GIFTING

Is the product gift-ready when it arrives?

Yes! Every order arrives carefully packaged and protected, ready to give as a gift.

Can you ship directly to the recipient?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout. We never include a price or invoice in the package.


ORDERING

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments processed on PCI-compliant Shopify infrastructure.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. The entire site is SSL-encrypted, and payments are handled by Shopify Payments and the listed processors. We never see or store your card number.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Immediately by email. If you don't see it in 5 minutes, check your spam folder or email support@momentstreasured.store.
